IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to quarantine restrictions leaves cannot be sent to Tasmania, NT or Western Australia. WA may be able to obtain a permit from their State Department of Agriculture for up to 20 leaves. This must be obtained prior to your order being placed with Jane's African Violets.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Catalogue
You can order leaves from any of the varieties in our catalogues.
List the plant names you wish to order.
2. Order Form
Orders can be placed via the ORDER FORM BELOW.
PLEASE include some alternative choices in case something isn’t available.
We allow a maximum of 30 leaves per order.
3. Postage / Freight
The postage/packaging fee for leaves is fixed at $14.
Other items apart, eg. pots, reservoirs, will incur an additional postage fee depending on weight/size and your location.
*If additional postage fees are required the details will be included in your invoice/email.
Most orders are sent out via Fastway Couriers for 'next day' delivery.
4. Payment
Once your order has been received and confirmed please pay via PayPal or Direct Deposit. Credit Card facility is available. Please phone Jane with details.

5. Dispatch
Orders we have received full payment for are processed every Sunday and dispatched on Mondays (providing there is no holiday period involved). All care will be taken in packaging your order, but no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage during transit.
